So as I previously stated in the prior page with the placement of Ultaboys hands I was able to establish that he grabbed a hold of her sleeve and tore it off as he is being slammed to the ground. This tear is significant in showing the breakdown of her costume so that in the second last panel the predicament Nightgirl finds her self in is explainable. In the original script it was actually called to be more torn up and risque but I felt there wasn't enough action to call for such a failure in her garment. Plus I felt it was a bit much, so as risque as this seems to some this is actually a toned down version of what was asked for. I guess I "changed" the story a bit but I think in the end the desired effect was achieved which was "show that their costume isn't as good as the legions new costumes" hope that explains things
